I'm playing SuperBetter on my iphone/iPad and I feel like the interface is too much content in your face. I really appreciated Jane's Ted talk on it and her giving the forced choice seems like a much better approach to picking a challenge. The long list seems daunting and in our already busy life, I need something very simple to encourage me on. The lists require too much processing.
Overall you have 3 things.. powerups, bad guys and quests.
For each, I envision something that just has a box with two forced choices for each.. kind of like truth or dare. You could swipe or hit next to get a new option for your forced choice, but you only need to see two at a time.
For those who need to see it all, you could have a list mode as you have now.. but in terms of gamifying, the list seems to loose the gem that was provided in Jane's talk.. the forced choice.
