Resilence meter not very fluid
I always thought that the resilience bar was a way to keep people constantly involved and engaged...that eventually the meter would drop if you were inactive for too long, and maybe starting from your last set of gained resilience points. It almost feels like the bar's not even there. How the power packs are built, I can't evenly gain resilience, and I thought the resilience would be able to get me something or make me feel more encouraged...
In addition to making the resilience drop...what if the resilience was able to get me perks of some kind? Maybe something as simple as 'gaining enough strength' to try harder power packs, or something more exotic like real-life perks at stores or websites that deal in self-help, health, spirituality and meditation...that sort of stuff, that can be made specific to particular kinds of resilience even.

I think IN THEORY the real-life incentives you suggest may be a good idea, but considering that this whole game is kind of done on the "honor system" - I think people may start clicking through their power ups and quests to get rewards rather than actually doing them to get better. Your motivation and rewards should be in real life - actually getting super better. The quests are just a way to track your progress and keep you moving toward your epic goals.
