"Being an adult" powerpack
Similar to the "messy" powerpack suggestion but broader. Some of us have trouble brushing our teeth every day. Or showering. Or cleaning our room. Or paying bills on time. Or getting to work on time. Or cooking meals at home. We could use a powerpack to validate us for the "adult" things we already do and help us improve on the ones we find challenging.

This is a great idea. While you wait (since this suggestion was made in 2013) I would suggest self-care challenges in the app/website Habitica, which also uses gamification for daily tasks/chores https://habitica.com/

I like this idea. Eating and sleeping on a regular basis is hard for me. Neurological damage in my head injury. A vote here to include it in the powerpack suggestions.

I've had to create my own quests for this, or bundle them into existing one: for me, "life admin" covers the stuff like going to the post office, filling in application forms and general errands, and I include showering, washing hair, etc, in the Coping Cactus bad guy.

This would actually be very helpful for people who struggle with major depression also.

It shouldn't be overlooked that day to day tasks go hand in hand with mental health.

Everyone, I suggest Lift.com for this. Superbetter is about phsycology and resiliency. Lift.com is about developing everyday habits. I use both but each for different reasons.

No school prepares you for being an adult. Suddenly it just happens and your like wtf? Bills? Appointments? 9 to 5 job...
It's nice to get rewarded for being an adult. I know I could use a gold star:) -

As a genuine obsessive-compulsive personality (not "a little OCD" as has annoyingly & intolerably become an accepted way of saying you like things a certain way) this would be ideal for me. Virtually 100% of my "Epic Wins" are things most people couldn't even IMAGINE having a problem accomplishing. Most people would view such tasks as not even allowing consideration or thought of any kind. For me, the little routine tasks of everyday life are very seriously the most challenging things I can achieve.
"Being an adult" isn't quite accurate - I've had the same problems all my life, and being an adult has been significantly easier for me than the terrible challenges I faced as a kid - but it's close enough. "Accomplishing day-to-day maintenance" would be a significantly more applicable name for me, for the powerpack described above.
But whatever the name, this powerpack is critically needed, as there's a vast number of people like me out there.

Actually I think this is a great idea. It goes along with acknowledging that some illnesses, habits and situations make the "ordinary" very difficult.

There's actually another iPhone app for this. It's called EpicWin and will award you gold for accomplishing things on your todo list.
