To-do list refresh bug

SB seems to be having some problem fully recognising new days in the to-do list column. While the date and the given day's quests will be properly updated, for half the day it will show me the previous day's Power-up and Bad Guy status on the Activity page...... I can't work out if this fault has been purposefully built in to encourage more activity.

    To specify a little further, I've just realised it is always at 10.00 (GMT +2) that the whole to-do list seems to catch up with the fact that it is a new day.
