Power pack or advice for handling multiple issues.
If you have sleep issues, chronic pain, stress, and depression, they are all interrelated and get into vicious cycles. Good news: lots of power packs for these things. Bad news: doing them separately doesn't make sense as they influence each other so much, but getting all the power packs at once is pretty overwhelming.
Maybe just let folks check multiple issues and design a tutorial that combines those things.
