add cooldown to power-ups
i would love to have a cooldown timer, that i could set. this way, i would feel like i'd play by the rules.
example: my power up is listening to new k-pop music, since it makes me feel happy and free. but i could easily listen to it 5 times in a row, so i'd give myself 5 times a reward. ultimately it lessens the reward of the power up imho.

I love this idea. Setting a length of time before the next usage would push me to try some of my awesome, newer power ups rather than scoring the same ones I'm getting good at doing, but don't want to delete. This way when I'm having a bad day I won't cheat.
