Ideas for Trackers
There are 2 Trackers, a SuperBetter one and a Well-Being one. Suggestions:
1) Reminders. Right now the trackers are very isolated from other interactive content because they are in the Secret Lab. The SuperBetter tracker says to take it every week, and the Well-Being one says to take it every day. There could be a reminder somewhere (like on the To-Do list). Maybe for the SuperBetter tracker you could even specify the day you want the reminder to pop up.
2) Indication of whether you've done the tracker that day. Right now, as far as I can tell, when you go back to the Tracker page there is nothing to tell you if you've completed it or not. Something like a checkmark and/or different blurb would be great, as well as an "update" or "edit" link that lets you redo the tracker and overwrite your data for that day.
3) I mentioned this as a note in another feedback, but if you could create your own custom tracker, which shows your collected data on the Insight page, that would be really cool. I don't know what sorts of question types you can code and then implement in the Insight section, but at the very least a scale and a yes/no question would be good.
Example: being able to make one that tracks my various symptoms would be very helpful. "Have you felt nauseous today? Y/N" "Are your energy levels better, worse, or the same as yesterday?" (I phrase it this way because an objective scale is hard, but comparing one day to the previous one is easier.) "How was your brain fuzziness on a scale of 1 to 5?"
4) Not an idea, but at the moment the Well-Being tracker says to do it once per day, but the text you get at the end after the questions is the same as the SuperBetter tracker: "Be sure and complete your tracker once a week"
