    You can make your own quests and powerups and goal. It's all customizable. Don't give up on SB to get better. Best wishes.

    Working a stressful job I know all the thoughts that can swirl around in your head at night. Did I remember this, gotta make sure to do that tomorrow, and that...I used to try to picture a completely empty cube. Maybe 10 ft square. The only thing inside is me and my dog sleeping by my side. It's lit up by a soft light with no source. I can also make things appear like a piece of pizza or a dog biscuit. Every time some random thought tries to get in, I just start over. Usually asleep in 60 seconds as well.

    I'm having an issue where I type a note and then it takes me to an error screen that says to snap my fingers 50 times. But when I click try again it takes me to my dashboard and when I go back to the secret lab my note has been saved. I think there's a broken link for after saving a note it's not redirecting the page correctly back to the refreshed note page.

    Thank you for saying something Hanna. I just started SB yesterday and noticed I can't get onto the forum but I was waiting for someone else to fix it. You get +1 social points from me!

  7. Heard about superbetter on NPR radio yesterday. Being 40 years old and playing games for 28 years I think this is a great idea. Thanks
