I get my allies' icon when they do something. I'd like their icon for the activity, not just their ID icon, if possible. The way it shows up in my feed for my stuff.4 votes
Thanks for the suggestion, Judith! We want this change as well and hope to add it in a future release. ~Rose
SuperBetter Weekly Digest is the first app e-mail that I find really useful. I find it a great tool to remind me of how I've been coping with my challenges. However, it does not count my quests. It always tells me I've completed none, which is never true.2 votes
Thanks for the heads up! I’ve submitted a bug report. ~Rose
Maybe its just me, but i feel like the site isnt as intuitive as it could be, for example , all the logos and graphics and words at the top are clickable and lead you to different sections but arent labelled (the picture of the person raising arms takes you to your secret identity page for example), but the side bar is used for navigation as well, it makes it hard to remember where to find where your supposed to go.
I would simplify into simple tabs.1 vote
Want a sneak peek of what the new Secret HQ will look like? :X
People from Latin America need this, I found this amazing!
And Btw send a huge Hug to Jane, she's quite an inspiration...
PD: I would love to help in the translation if necessary19 votes
I’m so glad you’re enjoying it! :) We want to be able to localize it in many many different languages (Spanish is at the top of the list :)), but right now we just don’t have the budget for it. We’re hoping to maybe team up with a company who might be willing to sponsor the localization effort.
it would be cool to be able to note when you mark a powerup as complete HOW you completed it. On the completion record rather than the activity wall, so you can look back on what you've been doing and what's been working for you. Eg the Power-Up "Engage in a Hobby" (or whatever it is, something similar" you could note "Played guitar for 10 minutes" when you tick it off, then in your history you can see that.12 votes
This is planned :) My power-ups are all emotions, and I desperately want to note all the little things in the day that made me feel curious, or delighted, or loved – so I’ve got it prioritized pretty highly!
Is it possible to send available quests or power-ups to allies? I can view the quests and power-ups, but the only option I have when trying to send them is to copy and paste the text from that quest or power-up into the text box and then send it.8 votes
This isn’t possible right now, but it’s on our roadmap to implement :)
Not all quests are created equal! It would be great for quests to have different levels, with different points rewarded accordingly, ie mini quest, normal quest, difficult quest, milestone goal.19 votes
This is planned as an upcoming improvement :)
I have migrane issues, and I find the bright white background on SB sometimes triggers the beginnings of a migrane. Is there a way to change the visuals according to the needs of the user?
Personally, I find it easier on the eyes/brain to have dark sepia text on a light faun or green background. Less stress on the rods, more work being done by the cones. I'm sure this colour scheme won't be to everyone's taste, though.22 votes
I really love this suggestion and it’s something that’s always been on our radar and we want to incorporate. Hopefully when we launch there will be a toggle in your profile to trigger “high contrast” mode or “soft mode” in addition to our standard dark grey on white.
How do you send your allies a private message?10 votes
It’s planned, don’t worry! :)
Is there a way to make some quests private, since it would be nice to keep some quests private or just make some allies privy to.40 votes
This is planned for one of our upcoming dev pushes – but realistically still a few months away. :)
I'm using SuperBetter as a tool to help my struggling students set learning goals. It would be wonderful if that was a built in category and if there were some power packs geared towards academic growth. Currently, I'm having them use health goal (other) with most of them getting Super Better at improving their academic behavior, and we are designing our own quests.21 votes
We’re definitely working on expanding our Power Pack offerings and how friendly we are to people doing ‘life goals’ as opposed to something specifically health/wellness related. One thing SuperBetter prides itself on is that all of its Power Packs are backed by science – but that means each Power Pack requires meeting and consulting with experts in the field, or doing some very heavy behind the scenes research – all of which takes a lot of time! So yes, this is an excellent idea and definitely on the roadmap, we’ve just got to get to it!
