Please reopen this thread because this is EXACTLY the problem I'm having. I've sent my request to customer support, but I'd like to use all my remaining points to vote this up. I've worked HARD to reach out to people, and they are sending me invitations, but I'm not receiving them! SO frustrating!

I have to apologise. It has been my fault all along. My hero invited me at a different email address, i.e. the one i normally use, to the one I actually signed up with! Everything is now working!

Good to hear Jmom. Most annoyingly it is still not working for me. Is it working for everyone else out there?

I now have two friends who want me to be their Ally. The invitation has come by email but I can't get into my Ally HQ. I have a number of friends I want to invite to be my Ally but before I do so I would like to understand better what the role entails. Come on Chelsea sort it out for me now!

I tried to go through the whole process again from the email invitation from Superbetter. If I am already logging into Superbetter it takes me to the invitations page but no invitation to become an ally shows. If I am not logged in it takes me to an Ally page with the tutorials but after I have been through them all and I am ready to connect as an Ally I get the message 'oops we seem to have a problem! Click your fingers ...

Hi Chelsea

I am an Ally to one person but do not see my Ally dashboard. I will try and go back through the email invitation and see if it works.

We've fixed several of the issues relating to connecting with allies.

For many of you, we've run a fix through your account to make sure you're reconnected to allies. We also adjusted the way connections are made in the first place to make them more stable if either person edits or changes their email (connections are made based on email).

The issues we still know remain are:
1) Some people click "Accept" on their invites and nothing happens
2) Some people who were already heroes are having issues accessing their Ally Dashboard after they have an ally.

If you're having different issues - or just don't know what issue you're having, but something's clearly not right - then definitely keep responding to this thread or emailing support@superbetter.com. We're keeping track of all ally-related bugs and, as mentioned, they're our top priority right now! Still working, promise :)

Whats the latest on this frustrating bug? I can still not support my heroes via the ally system!

Hi. Chelsea. I guessed you were but it is helpful for you to say it so thank you. I am looking forward to see how the Ally system works. I have even set it up as a Future Boost!

We've been working on this issue for the past week and it's currently our top priority. Continuing to say "we're working on it" was starting to feel old to us, so we figured it'd feel even older to you ;) But it's true. We're working on it :)

I'm having the same problem as Jmom who posted a message on 3-15. " I still cannot connect to my ally. I've received two invitations from her and the "accept" button doesn't link. I've gone through the link on the notification email, clicked through the tutorial on allies (several times), but when it ends and says, essentially, try it, I get the "oops" screen with the "try again" button."

I suggest that all those who have issues with Allies add votes to this comment string. As I understand it the voting system is supposed to get attention where the users feel it is most needed.

Like Jmom I am checking in again to see how things are going and I still can't become an Ally of a friend. It would be helpful to at least have some sort of feedback even if it is just to say 'We're working on it. The fix is more complicated than we thought.'

I'm having this problem too, except I have allies added, but I can't see their page. It makes me feel sort of exposed because they can see everything I do but I can't see them :/

Checking in to see how it's going. I still can't link to my ally.

I have an ally request from a player so I created an account. At the top of my dashboard page, the invitations link indicates 2 invitations, but if I click on that link, the invitations page says I have none.

New problem with Allies but this time I have received an email inviting me to become one and when I click on the link in the email I went to the Ally info pages and read everything and accepted the role, I believe, but now don't seem to be able to find anything relating to me being my freind's Ally. I maybe be missing something but I expected to have an extra icon on my home page or something like that.
