If you'd like to unsubscribe from our emails, here's what you need to do:

1) Log in at http://superbetter.com

2) Go to http://superbetter.com/account

3) Click "Edit"

4) Uncheck the box that reads, "I want to receive SuperBetter emails."

5) Click "Save."

If you have the mobile app, you can find this setting under Profile -> Account. Just click edit there, select "No" under emails, and you'll be all set.
