  1. Fix bugs in the quitting smoking quests.

Not all of the quitting smoking quests are showing up in the quest list now that they're completed, let alone being included in my daily quest counter as completed quests. Very frustrating not to receive credit for doing all of the first three quests. I've only been credited for 1 of 3 for today.

  2. Steal ideas from wunderlist!

I love this app, but the todo function is horrible. I want to be able to organize where my quests are in order, and hide completed quests. Also, why not let us add quests inside of quests like your power packs have, that way our adventures could be a lot more interesting! The real challenge for superbetter will be finding a way to create involved individual stories for the users. So that was a lot in a little time, but I really suggest downloading a standard todo app like wunderlist and making basic changes to the format of the site…

  3. Quests vs Routines

Hi! I joined superbetter because I realize I like games, and I like self improvement, so I may as well turn my self improvement into a game.

I think the "game" would be better if it made room for "routines". Those real life things that you need to do, and if you don't, it can prevent you from really moving forward with your real goals.

There are two things that I have to fight constantly: procrastination, and disorganization.

The two are definitely related. If I don't do a good job of tracking what I need to do, I let stuff…

  4. Medication

I would really love to have a medication-based quest -- "take your meds"; but daily, twice a day (configurable for each user). Right now all I can do is make a quest "take morning meds", "take evening meds"; I would love there to be a builtin setup for this that would dovetail more nicely with health and wellness packs.

  5. 5 More Minutes is Rather Broken; Need To Review Done Quests!

Some way to review quests I've done, in some detail.

Both to use them for other things (like power ups) and in order to complete quests that ask you to comment on done quests, & especially ones that want you to choose one that you have already done and make a power up of it!

  6. Business Mentoring PowerPack?

I'm going to start creating bad guys, quests and power-ups for folks to boost their business.

Kind of like a free mentoring platform using SuperBetter.

Kinda wish that PowerPack already existed. Also, ever consider affiliates?

  7. easily recreate weekly quests when completed OR weekly completion option

I have multiple quests every week, and it's a quite a chore to recreate them for next week when completed for the week. Would be great to easily "auto-recreate" for following week when completed.

    OR better:

Add an option "weekly completion" to quests -> this allows completion (and refreshing) every week. The quest itself will be persistent (i.e. no need to recreate quest for following week)

  8. "Physical Resilience in 5 Minutes a day" starter quest

Hi, the link in the "Physical Resilience in 5 Minutes a day" starter quest is dead. The New York Times online article it links to doesn't exist at this URL anymore. Just thought you might want to know. :)

  9. Would like to be able to customize powerpack quests with image, like you can powerups

you can customize powerpacks and bad guys with your own images (it puts the original image as a little tiny square at the bottom right so you know what pack it originally came from). I would like to be able to do this with quests also. It is helpful to me in knowing what a quest relates to (sometimes not evidenced by the title).

  10. I think abilities should be more easily accessible

I think abilities should be more easily accessible - I didn't even notice them initially

Maybe from the menu in the Dashboard?

  11. "React" and "respond" are synonyms.

The quests and power-ups that talk about reacting instead of responding make no sense at all. "Respond" actually has the word "react" in its definition, and "react" has as its verb's definition "to act or respond."

  12. Colour code quests according to the resilience they build up

The little multi-coloured SB icons next to the quests I create are pretty, but it'd be useful if they were colour-coded like the different kinds of resilience so I can see which builds up which.

  13. Title of the Question and Content

I got one quest named "Time Management Maestro". Reading it becomes clear that it is about fighting the negative self-talk - which is still fine with me - but a little confusing. I think it is reasonable to rename it. Thanks for the great work!

  15. being able to make your own 'questline'

Just, being able to make a questline so that when you're done one, it automatically adds another, and you can make them branch off, and repeat, etc. It would be cool if this was something where you could choose to make your questline public, like in the superpacks or something, or people could vote your questline in. Thanks :)

it would be great if there were an easier way to "copy" someone's badguy, quest & power up to your own list :)

  18. Organization and Progress

I think it would be great to be able to organize quests according to importance and also to have the ability to have a new quest open up that is linked to a previous quest.

We’re working on the ability to click and drag quests around so you can change the order.

Currently, if you have a powerpack, when you complete certain quests you’ll unlock others. Is that similar to what you were thinking?

  19. "Keep Track" option for user-created quests

There is a quest called "Sleep Satisfaction" that lets you rate your sleep on a scale.

It would be cool if you could make a rating quest yourself, one that tracks your responses on a graph. Example: I have chronic fatigue, and it would be helpful to be able to create a quest where I rate my energy levels for the day.

Alternatively, there could be the option to create a custom Tracker in your Secret Lab which then shows your progress in the not-yet implemented Insight section.

  20. Allow User to put Quests in order, rather than the random? order they now end up in.

This is really about the interface in general for the listed items that the user enters, but I notice it most keenly in quests right now.
I want my quests to be in alphabetical order, or at least to have the option to list quests by alpha, chronological, or random order. This would be very helpful, because I am breaking down tasks into smaller parts and making each a quest... and naming related tasks in related ways that would show up wonderfully in an alphabetical order.
