How can we improve SuperBetter?

  1. Just positive feedback

    Not really an I idea, just positive feedback.

    Im currently a counseling grad student and I work for an organization that works with children and teens with "behavioral disorders". I work with teens, most of whom battle depression anxiety and ptsd. I just saw the TED talk on Super better and checked it out online. Flipping amazing. I want to start a game with most of my clients. Great job and thanks for sharing.

    Hi SuperBetter community! I've been reading /Religion for Atheists/ by Alain de Botton, and found a section on annotating successes and dictating behaviors with symbolic rewards -- that is, parents tasking their children using 'star charts' -- very relevant to what SuperBetter's project is. I'll cite two sentences but you can track down the text on Amazon's search inside this book pp75-77.

  4. Mood Elevator up, Depression down

    I really just wanted to take the time to let you guys know that SuperBetter is helping me combat my depression. I go through depression like waves: for some periods of time, I'm up; then, a random day will come along and bring me crashing down. It's always very difficult for me to get up out of these down times, even though I go to a licensed therapist regularly. This time, however, I'm using SuperBetter, particularly the Mood Elevator power packs. I'm finishing ground floor now and moving on to the first floor. Please keep them coming! :) I'm sure…

  5. Only feedback after first power pack

    Hi,

    I'm after first power pack (lowering stress). SuperBetter is great !!!
    It energize me any time I was playing or even thinking about it.
    All is based on science. Great ! It is also about learning english -
    reading, listening (video), writing (activity wall, forum). I've noticed that
    I read English better, more understand, more understand in video,
    etc. It's because I read more texts with enthusiasm and I'm looking
    forward for every next quests, science information, ...
