    Justin, thanks for the explanation. I'm voting for this not because you haven't explained it well but because this issue is, I think, a serious one. I get this "error" at least every other time I use the site lately, and it's -- well, it's a problem. So-- if the issue is that Superbetter needs more funds to update servers to be super better, maybe we can we can have a tasteful and non-guilt-inducing donate button, for those who can afford to donate and are inclined? I would donate. This is a basic issue of keeping the site running on a fundamental level. I don't have one ally who hasn't been frustrated by this.

    We’re having a gigantic meeting about how to make Power Packs more awesome, and are definitely considering enabling people to create their own Power Packs. It’s quite tricky/costly to develop, though, so we’re considering a model where you could pay some small amount of money to create your own Power Pack (complete with custom quest sequences, power-ups, bad guys, and icons), and then a slightly larger amount of money to create a Power Pack that you could then share with your friends and family.

    In terms of random quests – we love that idea too! We’ll definitely be discussing it at our meeting :)

    This happened to me too. One of my allies does not show up on my feed, and I never see comments from her on my wall -- even if she is leaving them just for me. The only way I know she's commenting is through email notification. I can view her feed only by logging in through the "ally" section, as we used to do before the feed changed a few months back. All my other allies show up as usual without a problem.
