How can we improve SuperBetter?

Secret lab: tracker not working

When I hit the BEGIN button, nothing happens.

    We think this might be an issue related to outdate browsers. Can everyone who’s experiencing this update to the latest version of their browser and let us know if the problem is still occurring, and if so, what browser you’re in?

        It continues to be missed as a feature...

        It kind of makes or breaks the whole experience for me - some revelations came through the charts

        Sadly, it does appear as though all of the admin responses on this entire feedback site are from mid-2012, and probably nothing has been worked on since then. Logically I think I'd better stop wasting time on taking the trackers every day, since I can't see my results at all, but it's so hard to admit defeat. It would be really useful to see that info...

        Can't use the trackers either: on Chrome (Version 33.0.1750.146 m), Firefox (27.0.1)
        or IE (version 11.0.9600. 16518, update versions 11.0.3). Hope you are still doing something with this information...!

        This would be awesome if it worked. Any hope of resolving the issue. Seems like the site has been abandoned.

        yeah it's still a problem i have the latest version of chrome and it's still a big issue

        I have the current version of Firefox, Yahoo! Explorer, Internet Explorer and Chrome . All trackers except the Resilience tracker endlessly say "loading."

        This would be awesome if it worked.

        I'm sad to see that this has been a problem for such a long time. What is the point of tracking this stuff if you have no way to see the data?

        Have been away from SuperBetter for awhile but was really hoping the trackers would be working by now! When will this be fixed? Love SuperBetter, by the way hope to be able to see my progress soon.

        I just sent a message about this separately, advising:

        . superbetter tracker not working
        . other one is (resilience? sorry, forgotten!)
        . have tried on IE & Chrome, most up to date on Windows 8.1

        But wanted to add something I don't think I was clear about - it lets me enter my data for both, the "trackers" bit is fine, it's when I try to look at it under "Insight" that the "Superbetter tracker" won't show.

        I'm still having problems, no matter which Browser I use, Safari, Firefox or Chrome, and I've made sure to update all of them. Not only do the surveys not seem to record any progress but the insight trackers just endlessly show "loading..." and nothing seems to be happening in my browser's console. How come this isn't being fixed?

        I juste created my account, then when I go to the tracker I can click the "Begin" button and take the full survey, but when I click the "DONE" button at the end it takes me back to the second questions.

        After filling out the survey ***three times*** I finally arrived at the "Great job" page.

        This glitch has been "under review" for three months now... why is it not fixed?

        Same here. I have current versions of Chrome and Firefox, plus what is most likely an old version of IE and the Super Better Tracker fails to load in all of them. The resilience tracker works just fine.

        I've tried using the Super Better Trackers in the latest version of both Chrome and Firefox (I checked to make sure I have the most current version of each browser).
        I use the drop down menu to "Pick a Chart" and when I pick "Super Better Trackers" it just says "loading" and then never loads.

        Same here - my resilience tracker loads, but if I choose any other, I just get the "loading" message and nothing happens. Doesn't matter which browser I use, Firefox, Chrome or Explorer, doesn't work on any of them.

        I'm having the same problem with the endless "Loading..." screens, and I use Firefox version 22. I can see my resilience charts, but nothing for the other options, even though I've been taking the wellness and other trackers regularly for weeks. I would love for this to be functioning, its like half the site's benefit is missing, if I can't see how far I've come.
