I'm not sure which category to put this in; I hope this fits.
I went to look at my levels today and all the descriptors were mysteriously blank. Help!

better integration of all the different parts of SuperBetter / more flow
I feel a little silly for suggesting improvements, since they're probably on your to do list already and it is probably a funding issue, but here's what i suggest just in case it's helpful since i love the idea of this game;
1) more big, flashy graphics (i.e., showing a meter filling up and deflating
2) actual animated bad guys that creep onto your screen when you aren't expecting them and try to get you to do bad things
3) more ease of use, but I've no idea how to accomplish this. It just feels like if you have allies…1 vote -

Need a "Major Surgery" or "Heart Disease" option for Getting SuperBetter From
My daughter is using SuperBetter as she waits for and will eventually recover from her Heart Transplant and there is no "Getting SuperBetter From..." that remotely fits her situation. I know her situation is rare but a "Heart Disease" or "Major Surgery" option would be widely applicable.

2-Step verification for login like Google has
Invent 2-Step verification system for logging in, that is require the user to input a security code sent to mobile phone at login. People use SuperBetter for things related to mental health and I think secure login with mobile code would enhance the feeling of security. After all there may eventually be a lot of sensitive data about a person on her account.

feedback on wording, Turning Fear Into Excitement quest text
Hi. :)
Noticed an odd bit of copy. On https://www.superbetter.com/heroes/350834/power_ups/2924815
It says "Any time you (even slightly) enjoy being afraid or anxious by adding breath or imagining a positive outcome"I think it's missing a few words. I can't even quite piece together what it was meant to say, although I can grok the meaning.
Maybe, "Any time =fear affects something= you (even slightly) enjoy, =reduce your level of= being afraid or anxious by adding =an extra= breath or imagining a positive outcome."

When you add a picture and see the text on the power up or the other stuff you have trouble reading the text so please make the pictures smaller

Line Breaks not working in lists on Android
I have just started using the Android app.
It looks wonderful and will certainly be a great help for me.I have noticed that lists of optional activities run together,
eg.
make fists abd strrretchhh your hands into the airstand up and jump oncemake your legs dance in your chairstand up and walk around the roomNo capitalisation, no punctuation, no line breaks.
The first two could be by design but I didn't think the missing line breaks would be,1 vote -
I can't login in the app since 29th August
I contacted to Superbetter staff and received an automated reply, saying they aren't able to respond to emails right now.
When I try to login, I kept getting this: "there is a problem logging in. please try again later."
I'm using an iphone3GS, IOS6.1.3(10b329).
After I bought this app, sometimes I cannot login in for a couple of hours, but it has never lasted for so long.
Is there any possiblity that I can login my app again? I miss it so much...1 vote
